"US6379724 describes an ice confection coating of an aqueous based sol containing a pectin and a setting agent in an amount sufficient to cause gelation of the sol. However, the products described do not have a peelable coating. JP60196153 aims to obtain a slowly melting coated ice-cream having excellent palatability, taste and flavor, by coating an ice-cream, etc. with a low-melting pectin gel. Again, no mention is made of a peelable coating."

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
