What is an Eligible Stay?
It’s a stay for one or more consecutive nights at the same SPG Participating Hotel, where you paid an Eligible Rate, quoted your Starwood Preferred Guest number when you booked, and stayed in the guest room. This applies whether or not you checked out and checked back in during your stay. You can find full details in the SPG Program Terms.
