Dear Colleagues,
This word is also on a list of work positions by an uitzendbureau specialised in the meat production services. The sentence is as follows,
"We zijn gespecialiseerd in het werven, selecteren, opleiden, begeleiden, uitzenden en detacheren van onder andere slachters, afsnijders, uitbeners, kanters en vliezers." The target language is actually Hungarian but as there's little chance anyone can help there, I hope someone can provide an EN equivalent that I can further translate into HU. I can't find the word anywhere in any combination. Thank you for any help.

: Based on your useful references elsewhere (see 'kanter'), it seems that this is about 'desinewing', i.e. removing sinews and tendons from meat, resulting in 'ontzeend vlees'.
