Quanto a "snow candle", parece ser uma referência a "snow winter candle". Encontrei a seguinte descrição em imagens associadas ao Festival Akita Kamakura: "Japan Festival Kamakura Japanese Snow Winter Candle Wallpaper Mobile Hd". Eu traduziria como "vela de inverno" ou simplesmente "vela de neve". Veja exemplos abaixo.
