Option \'pick up\' date

English to French Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Recording agreement
Good evening, I have a hard time translating this segment, well more precisely, the "Option pick-up date" part.

Artist and we agree to enter into a more formal “long form” agreement incorporating the terms set forth in Section B of this Agreement, together with all other standard terms and conditions contained in our exclusive recording and publishing agreements (including, without limitation, warranties, OPTION 'PICK-UP' DATES, etc.), subject to good faith negotiation.

I have an explanation regarding "option pick up date" but can anyone help me formulate this into French?
Here is the explanation :
An “option ‘pick-up’ date” is range of dates in which someone can exercise an option (option usually means an exclusive right to publish or record something, in this context.) The pick-up date is the time in which they can exercise this right to publish or record.

Thank you so much.

agree Eliza Hall : Exactly this. I would prefer the singular (levée d'option) since it's singular in English.
