Japanese term

充実腺管癌崩れ

Japanese to English Medical Medical (general) Cancer
This is from a histopathological assessment of a breast tumour. The full description is 広義の硬癌(充実腺管癌崩れ)

I know that 硬癌 is scirrhous carcinoma and 充実腺管癌 is solid-tubular carcinoma, but I don't understand the meaning of 崩れ here.

Any help would be appreciated.

modified solid tubular carcinoma

崩れ means "changed" "broken" "modified" "deteriorated", etc.. I think in this case "modified" is suitable.
Note from asker:
Thanks for your help. 'Modified' seems as though it might suitable but I can't find any examples of this usage in English. I decided to use the idea of 'originating from' based on the other answer.

agree Marc Brunet : agree with your rethink on 由来. simpler and clearer that way...

充実腺管癌に由来する硬癌

「頭腺管癌あるいは充実腺管癌に由来する広義の硬癌を合わせ検討した」

上から、崩れは「由来」の意味と推測されます。
