This is from a histopathological assessment of a breast tumour. The full description is 広義の硬癌（充実腺管癌崩れ）
I know that 硬癌 is scirrhous carcinoma and 充実腺管癌 is solid-tubular carcinoma, but I don't understand the meaning of 崩れ here.
