Norwegian to English Bus/Financial Marketing / Market Research

I've seen "shelf screamer", "shelf talker" and "shelf wobbler" so far. All of them are new to me, despite the fact I travel up and downl grocery store aisles a couple times a week.

Anyone know which is the preferred version for UK English, if there is one?
