2. Insert Targus VESA Plate
3. Replaced the stand on Dell Monitor
4.Install Dock into Targus VESA Plate
Dell and Non-Dell Monitors (and Installation onto Arms)
*If Dell Monitor, copy Steps 1 & 2 Above.
*if Non-Dell Monitor, align VESA Plate with mounting wholes on the back of monitor.

What does "Dock" mean in this context? Thanks in advance!
