Spanish term

desembotellamiento

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Petroleum Eng/Sci Plant Shutdown
I can't think of the English word in the context of oil (other than possibly "removing oil from barrels"). I'm translating meeting minutes that mention "desembotellamiento" only a couple times:

debottlenecking

Seth,
I don't feel the context is talking about the oil industry and its processes, but instead the industrial process itself and its decongestion or debottlenecking.

What I meant Seth was that "desembotellamiento" did not refer to something specific to the oil industry but something that applies to any industrial process.
Note from asker:
The doc talks about tanks, oil, etc, so it to do with the oil industry.

container unloading

IU think they are not talking about any kind of congestion here but of voiding of vessels.

Vessel unloading can also fit... but it is referring to the immediate container... like 200 liter drums.
