José: It really depends on what your document is addressing. Normally, I would say "inciso" is a sub-section, but we need more context! Could it be that the "inciso" is asking the policy holder to make a choice of some kind/delete ones which do not apply?

Now, the link on my previous entry shows a "caratula" example, on the upper right hand corner you see:

This policy has no addendums and the "inciso" shows a 1. Could it be that we are talking about "versions". That is to say if there was an endoso later, then it would look like this?
