Prüfungsbetrieb

Education / Pedagogy
This stands on a document for a test: "Bereitstellungsliste für den Prüfungsbetrieb".
It's a document which lists the allowed equipment and tools the students should use during the test. I'm not sure what this whole sentence means.
Could you please help me? Thank you very much!

• Luftverkehrskaufleute
• Servicekaufleute im Luftverkehr"

My suggestion “exam (ination) administration site”
or shorter “List of materials required at the examination site”
Cp:
“Any reference materials or other documents that might be needed to respond to the situations presented will be made available to candidates at the examination site.”

"List of things to prepare for the testing operations" would be my first guess.

This could be correct in some other context, however I think in this case its the wrong anser ;-)

maybe "preparing", "setting up", etc. but I think you would be well within your rights to simply say "the exam/examination/test"

German tends to be a bit wordier than English, so we have to weigh up to what extent the "betrieb" bit adds anything essential or if we can just get away with "exam/examination/test"... if you think we have to put something, I would say "preparing and carrying out etc."

This is the term used for the companies that set educational exams, so may apply here.

I am sure there must be a better or more established term but I think that's what this means..

Even though I don't see a meaningful distinction between"'Prüfungsbetrieb" und "Prüfbetrieb", I agree with David that it's possible to read this term as a reference to exam setup and logistics.

I think the mean the technicals of the test
exams = if it leads to some sort of diploma or certification
test = if it is just an intermediary skills evaluation
