There follows a table of examination grades.

I would appreciate it if anyone can shed light on this term in this context.

I'm not really sure what to call it... Not a transcript, because it can be per subject/year/etc, it doesn't necessarily include everything, maybe 'formal report card' or just 'report card' assuming these are always formal?

@ Nick That's an interesting reference which I didn't find. Your "termo da pauta de reivindicações" seems to be a formal statement of (salary) claim/demand which doesn't seem to fit with my context easily. If "termo da pauta" can be used with two such different meanings, one longs to know its generic meaning.

'Termo' in Portuguese education is the signed document that contains the final grades for that year/course/whatever

Only reference I can find. Segundo apurou a reportagem de O Estado, o Cruesp não aceitou negociar nenhum termo da pauta de reivindicações do Sindicato de Trabalhadores da USP (Sintusp). A categoria pede 6% de reajuste, para se equiparar ao que já foi dado aos professores da USP, aumento salarial de 16% e mais R$ 200 incorporados ao salário-base.

Of all the many meanings of "termo" and "pauta", the translation that seems to me to best fit the context is something like "statement/declaration of grade(s)". At least that is my thinking at the moment, but I will ask the client if they have access to and can ask the institution in Angola for clarification.

"pauta", in the given text/context, may refer to the list of students as defined at https://www.infopedia.pt/dicionarios/lingua-portuguesa/pauta -> lista com os nomes dos alunos de uma turma ou de um curso e respetivas classificações

Adiciono que "termo" pode ter o significado de "teor ou conteúdo de algo", conforme Dicionário Priberam da Língua Portuguesa [em linha], 2008-2013, https://www.priberam.pt/dlpo/termo- [consultado em 17-04-2018] - o que me convence de que "termo da pauta" num documento escolar do tipo em questão, pode mesmo ser "as per enrollment list".
