appoints (presents) the motions/listed decrees above
For a closing statement/end of page:
May this Court have the listed motions as appointed.
or
I request this Court to consider the previous listed decrees as presented.

Example sentence:
"... have the motions considered as appointed before the judge."
"... I request your honor to have these listed decrees as officially presented to this Court..."
Note from asker:

: you don't set out your motion right at the end of a pleading: I suspect this is simply a list of documents

Hi! It says "at the end of an appeal" that's why the suggestion. I might be wrong hence my explanation based on the given context. Plus, it says "autos and escritos".

: I don't know what you mean by "appoint", and it doesn't say anything about decrees.

"appoints" for designa. "Decree" is an auto in Spanish in this legal context.

Discussion
If there is some requisite to "designar", maybe the party is just asking the court to have their obligation be deemed as satisfied or fulfilled.
Sandro: not attached, I dont think, just listed as they support or relate to the pleadings in the appeal.
