Swedish term

kollektivavtal

collective agreement

This is the eurospeak term, which is what I use for that reason... We are in euroland... Tho I grew up with collective bargaining agreement in the US.

agree George Hopkins : Several countries, including Sweden, have a law, ie, the Collective Agreements Act.

Thanks, George! Sounds like convergence...
agree Agneta Pallinder : And in the UK the TUC (Trades Union Congress) calls it the same. See https://worksmart.org.uk/jargon-buster/collective-agreement
