As I found out, "Caseri" is an italian surname derived from cheese (https://www.houseofnames.com/caseri-family-crest), and seems no connection with Caesar or kaiser (except similar pronunciation) or any kind of emperor. Is it an illogical word said thoughtlessly by the speaker, ie. the God Emperor, under excitement?

I am guessing that this is just a coined term as is done so often by Herbert. It's intended for an English readership and the first thing this unknown word would suggest to me would be something to do with castles...ie NOT cheese! I suggest you concoct some word to do with castles...lord/ruler of the castle, or such

: I don't see where you get "castles" from, apart from the first three letters being the same. If it's a nonsense word, you should translate it with a nonsense word. But the ruler of a castle is called a chatelain.

The list is about various rulers and castle sprang to (my) mind here. I suggested to asker that she "concoct" a new word for her translation. So yes, a similar coined word. But chatelaine is unlikely to help her coin a new word in Chinese
