This gets almost no hits in an insurance context, so I may be wrong, but it looks like one company's terminology. You can either make up your own term, or leave it out - the fact that some Spanish-speaking people call them "complementos de entrada" is irrelevant to an English-speaking reader, and doesn't add anything to the sentence.
