It looks like all the ads for this type of shoe in English use "build" so I think "construction" is really the closest synonym as it is about how all the materials are put together (constructed/built) to arrive at this particular shape/style. I see you suggested "silhouette" as well which is also a part of it but I think you need something about the construction
