German term

Eingriffskondiktion

German to English Law/Patents Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright Unjust enrichment
The above term appears in a court ruling concerning the use of another party's films for gain. I have searched to the best of my ability, and "appropriation of another's assets" is the best I could do. Does anyone know more about this term, or know of a better translation? It has a companion term, "Leistungskondiktion," and both are aspects of laws on unjust enrichment ("Bereicherungsrecht"). This is US English, and any help would be appreciated.

Discussion

Dr. Andrew Hudson (asker) Sep 28, 2017:
I found it in Langenscheidt Sorry I forgot to check this source before posting. It says, "action based on undue enrichment in relation to property rights". While Leistungskondiktion is "action to claim enrichment obtained by performance without cause". But I would like to keep the discussion open in case this matches earlier suggestions, or someone has a more concise way to phrase this.

Further text Here's a reference to "legal position": "Weder haben die Beklagten in den Zuweisungsgehalt einer der Klägerin zustehenden Rechtsposition eingegriffen, noch haben sie etwas auf Kosten der Klägerin erlangt."
Dr. Andrew Hudson (asker) Sep 28, 2017:
Source text Here is one occurrence: "Die Voraussetzungen der Eingriffskondiktion nach § 812 BGB, auf die die Klägerin ihre Ansprüche allein stützt, liegen nicht vor."

"There are several possible legal bases to fulfill that claim, including the so-called interference claim (Eingriffskondiktion), available when someone receives benefits from the use of or interference with another person's legally protected interests (Rechtsgüter), here meaning possession. https://books.google.com/books?id=kZ-NCgAAQBAJ&pg=PA83&lpg=P...
