4.1.6 PK-fit
The population pharmacokinetic model was developed by W.Weber and the development
is described in [23]. The model from archive 563303740 (table 1), received December
9th, 2009, was used for the PK/PD model development. The fit is basically a pooled
analysis of two phase I studies BDR6864, POP6053 and the phase II study PDY6797.
The model uses the following parametrization:
