En fenêtre médiastinale, il existe une augmentation de taille non équivoque de l'adénomégalie en loge 10D de 28 mm contre 10 précédemment (+180%).
I'd hazard a guess than 10D might mean 10th rib on the right but I'm not sure about 'loge' - is there a specific term usually used?
