These present general conditions - GC - apply to all operations making use of non-steel products - the products - obtained from installations run by subsidiaries of XXX.
By making use is understood any operation, for remuneration or free of charge, whatever the legal form and the technical or commercial terms and conditions, whose objective or effect is to transfer from the producing subsidiary to a Client, the ownership, holding or use of a nonsteel product.
By non-steel products is understood all materials, whatever their nature or physicochemical form, obtained accessorily and inevitably from operating an industrial plant or carrying out a process in which the production of these materials is not the objective.
