English to Italian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) regolamento

Trovo questa espressione in un elenco di situazioni che possono portare alla sospensione/risoluzione di un contratto (tipo gara, per questo si trova il termine disqualification), ma non riesco a trovare un'espressione soddisfacente.
