English term
Tenant contracting officer
English to French
Law/Patents
Law (general)
contrat de location
The LANDLORD shall proceed diligently with performance of this Lease, pending final resolution of any request for relief, claim, appeal, or action arising under or relating to the Lease, and comply with any decision from the TENANT’s Contracting Officer.
Discussion
Taking into account that it usually happens the other way round - Landlords oppressing tenants (even big corporate tenants!) this entity must be pretty biiiiggish.
There is one that fits the bill - the US Government:

So "on balance of probability" the case should be considered as solved/closed ...
But I'm personally not big fan of "on balance of probability" as a method to be used in translating ... especially contracts.
tenant contracting officer
or the one that is to be found in the text:
tenant's contracting officer
???
Might be just two characters, but the difference is far from negligible ...
