barragens? The fact that it's coupled with "vertedouros" suggests that something is perhaps wrong and it's meant to be "barragens e vertedouros" - dams and spillways. Barramento is busbar, but why its stability would be in question in the same sentence as a reference to a spillway is suspicious, at best!
