: Good explanation. The term you were looking for was perhaps: non-claimable, or putting it another way : disallowed large expense claims

Thank you. Maybe "disallowed ..." because the amount has been claimed but the tax authority didn't allow it. (That means the company has to pay extra tax on the disallowed portion.)
