I am looking for the name of a project called プルロス・ケアセンター・プロジェクト by a British architect called Edward Cullinan. I've trawled the web and it seems to be related to a center in Lambeth in London but I can't find the English term for プルロス.

Here is the sentence:

建築家のカリナンは、プルロス・ケアセンター・プロジェクトのなかで、ドローイングが非階層的に働くことを指摘した。

Does anyone have any idea?
