I cannot help with Avestan, but if you are looking for a Greek equivalent of unapplied cash, I asked a friend who runs his own business in Athens and he asked his accountant. Their answer is that Προσωρινοί λογαριασμοί is the best they could come up with for accounting purposes, partly because cash is less used in Greece at present. At least you know the reply has come from an accountant!
