@ Asker It's really impossible to help you without more of your wider context!
To start with, the 'of which' must refer back to something preceding — is this talking about, for example 'debts' or 'investments' etc. , this particular list 'of which' might be 'with related parties'?

And then 'related parties' — not sure that necessarily means they are 'liées', but again, entirely depends on who all the various 'parties' involved here are, and hence in which way they might be 'related' — presumably not in the sense of a 'family relationship' (though even that could be a possibility!)
