@ Asker I think the best way to word this is going to depend on the wider context, and in particualr, what this 'prise de participation' actually is... and in what?
I understand that they want to move from weekly status updates to monthly ones no more than 5 days after 'something' occurs. But you may well need to weave this 'something' into your overall phrase.
