PS: -reprise- se puede traducir de muchas formas distintas, para -conditions de reprise- se encuentran muchos ejemplos que irían por -condiciones de recompra- etc.
En tu contexto, viendo sobre todo la última frase que copias, me parece que mi opción es la correcta...
