: Possibly; BUT it all depends on WHERE the restaurant is located; sometimes 'nos' can just mean 'French fishing fleet', or 'the coast of France' — but 'locally caught' would be a bit silly if this was right in the centre of the country!

Discussion
To start with, if you have only Emmental and croutons etc., I certainly wouldn't say 'with a serving of...' — to me, that's far too much prominence to give to a mere accompaniment; you could quite literally leave out any conjunction and just put a comma, as is often done in French too.
Surely your priority is to get the key part of the menu item expressed correctly, and then work around that?
