Я здесь достаточно частый гость. Я смотрю, как этот сад развивается и радуюсь, что у нас есть такой сад в Крыму.

Спасибо

Говорит министр, который часто посещает сад, смотрит, как он развивается и помогает компании в развитии сада.

Yes, it is an orchard.
Ellen Kraus Mar 10, 2017:
Do we know for sure that an orchard is referred to in the present text ??? It might just as well be a garden landscape for people to find recreation. It´s pretty unusual to plant fruit trees for the public.

observe the development (of the orchard)

.
Peer comment(s):

disagree The Misha : Gardens do not develop. They grow. They flourish (under the right circumstances, that is). They may be cultivated. But they DON'T develop. Not in English anyway.

Peer comment(s):

disagree The Misha : This is a garden they are talking about,for crying out loud!You do not "pursue its further development".Well, maybe in DE you do,I wouldn't know, but definitely not in EN.Besides,a "wary eye" implies "Oh,shucks!Now I have to watch that damn garden again!"

sorry, but your definiion of to keep a wary eye is everything but correct. What is meant by it, is in the present case I will keep watching its growth carefully, with attention and even with a loving eye.
