Non-PRO English to French Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Transferred Shares

If one of the Partners (the "Transferor") intends to transfer its Shares ("Transferred Shares") in the Company to a person other than a Partner (the "Transferee" whether for a fee or free of charge, the Transferor must give notice to all other Partners through the General Manager of the conditions of the proposed transfer, including the proposed price for the Transferred Shares as offered to the Transferee (the "Notice Price") and the identity of the Transferee.
