Non-PRO English to Arabic Law/Patents Law (general) DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

D.P. warrants that all legal requirements for delivery free of German value added tax are fulfilled. To the extent that STORCK is called upon to pay value added tax as a result of circumstances allocable to D.P. or to the terms of delivery agreed upon, waving the defence of limitation D.P. will indemnify STORCK.
