pasé por sobre todos mis principios, pasé sobre la justicia

Spanish to English Art/Literary Poetry & Literature Murder mystery novel
Good Morning Prozians,

My attempt: “Charly you’re always stuck thinking the same thing—it’s been a long time—we’ve spent a lot of time together in sessions—I feel in love with you the first time I saw you—I rescued you from jail—I took you to the psychiatrist—now I’ve passed over my principles—I’ve passed over justice—everyone knows you are dead…I don’t want to see you in jail.”

Asker Your punctuation looks very odd. Those dashes are something you might see in a Dickens novel, but not in 21st-century English. I agree that you can't use commas all the way through like the Spanish does, but I would use periods and words like "and" and "but".
Eileen Brophy Jan 23, 2017:
Beatriz Ramirez de Haro Exactly, I FELL in love with you..... Maybe a typo by the asker?

Ojo I FELL in love with you.

I threw all my principles out of the window and flouted justice

...all in a vain attempt to help you;

agree Eileen Brophy : Well said Oliver

Thanks
neutral Sergio Kot : Beautifully said indeed, only to my taste a bit too much "literary freedom", considering the general style of the source text. See discussion entry

habe ich all meine Prinzipien über Bord geworfen und die Justiz missachtet

oder jetzt habe ich all meine Prinzipien hintan gestellt und mich nicht um Gerechtigkeit gekümmert

neutral Andrew Bramhall : Are you sure that's how it would be said in ENGLISH? (Your answer is correct, but in German!)

yes, you are right, but meanwhile remedied my oversight.

I've ignored all my principles, I ignored justice, I ignored...

An additional option in lieu of "I ignored" could be "I overlooked", which is the precise meaning of the source text, and is also in line with the general style.

I threw all my principles to the wind (or: overboard) did not care about justice, ignored.....

as the wanted English equivalent to my initial answer erroneously submitted in German.

I transgressed all my principles, I did not abide by justice

I've disregarded everything I believe in. I've disregarded the law.

The register here seems informal and dialogic, and "pasar" is a common verb that warrants an equally common word in the translation (and that should be repeated to accurately reflect the original). I also think that "law" works better than "justice" as a translation of "justicia" here.
