В случае несвоевременной поставки (недопоставки) Документации Продавец, уплачивает Покупателю штраф в размере 1 % от общей стоимости Документации за каждую неделю просрочки, однако, общая сумма штрафа не должна превышать 5 % от общей стоимости Договора.
In case of late or short delivery of the Documentation the Seller shall pay to the Buyer a penalty at the rate of 1 % of the total value of the Documentation for each week of delay. However the total amount of the penalty can not exceed 5 % of the Contract total value.

При исчислении штрафа за просрочку или недопоставку Документации 4 (четыре) календарных дня считаются как полная неделя. Размер штрафа не подлежит изменению в арбитражном порядке.
When calculating the penalty for late or short delivery of the Documentation 4 (four) calendar days shall be considered as a full week. The amount of the penalty can not be changed by decision of an arbitration court.
