Helena Chavarria Jan 13, 2017: Because they use 'clamp' in the original I think I would include it. As far as I can see these kinds of valves have different fittings. If you included 'clamp' then your suggestion would be fine: sanitary sampling clamp valves for microbiological testing.

Helena Chavarria Jan 13, 2017: Before I'd even read your question I typed 'sanitary microbiological sampling + clamp valves' and Millipore appeared on the first page. It calls them 'sanitary sample valves', though I can't see the English version of the website because I'm in Spain.
