English term (edited): lieu or overtime worked

(2) the 2 possible solutions for getting compensated for the overtime:

[Occasionally working with your Regional Manager may be required to address] lieu or overtime worked.

i.e. getting either
(a) lieu
or
(b) overtime worked

with the additional proviso [... Occasionally working with your Regional Manager may be required to address ...] that in some case the choice might be limited i.e. you will have to talk with your your Regional Manager who might decide that you are needed and can't take days off (= in lieu) and you will only have the "choice" to get paid for the overtime (= overtime worked)

IOW there is no such term as "address lieu"

the expanded version of the ST is:

Occasionally [you won't be allowed to decide yourself but] working with your Regional Manager may be required to address [the question of whether you will get days off] in lieu or [you will be be paid for the] overtime worked
