endorheic basin
As per the document being translated (which is linked in the question), there are various endorheic lakes in the area so the collective word for these would be endorheic basin.

"Endorheic lakes and wetlands works" too.
The "Laguna endorreica" has previously been translated as any of the options that you suggest (lake, lagoon, basin) however, as the title of the document, it appears to be a more general term, i.e. "Endorheic complex / Endoheic basin".
The Endorheic Nature Reserve complex of El Puerto de Santa María is composed of three lagoons: the Salada, the Chica and the Juncosa Lagoons.
