Prawidłowy termin to cesja/przeniesienie praw z umów, a nie "do umów". Stąd tłumaczenie ma nieco inna formę.
W tym kontekście użyłbym "the" dlatego, że to są konkretne, znane stronom umowy, z których prawa podlegały cesji.
