Es un tema complicado, se trata me imagino de un avión Airbus (Tecnología "Fly-by-wire")
Estamos hablando de una aproximación a la pista y lo que dice es que el avión se va controlando con Ley Alterna (Alternate Law) y se pasa luego a Ley Directa (Direct Law) en la DH, Altura de Decisión. La Altura de Decisión en un aproximación de precisión es la altura en la cual ya se debe tener la pista a la vista, de lo contrario se debe iniciar una aproximación frustrada (missed aproach).
Por supuesto no tiene que ver nada ni con combustible ni con revoluciones.

Continuamos entonces con los mínimos, para ello introducimos lo que es la altitud/altura de decisión:
Decision Height/Altitude:
Estamos descendiendo en la senda de planeo y si alcanzamos al altitud o altura de decisión y no vemos la pista debemos frustrar inmediatamente nada mas alcanzarla, NO podemos descender más allá de esa altitud sin ver la pista.
Estamos hablando de una aproximación a la pista y lo que dice es que el avión se va controlando con Ley Alterna (Alternate Law) y se pasa luego a Ley Directa (Direct Law) en la DH, Altura de Decisión.
