I have not been able to find any other example in which the phrase "minusvalía" means anything relating to low-self esteem, self-deprecation, etc., though that was my initial guess. "Menosvalía" is always associated with the concept of impairment/handicap though, so I ended up translating "verbalizaciones de minusvalía" as "impaired speech".

Why don't we break this one down. utterances = verbalizaciones, of = de and handicap = minusvalía. Even my half intelligent friends get this one. I really appreciate criticism, since it usually helps to be better. What you said is in my opinion nonsense.
