The costs of proceedings pending against the insured in respect of an insured liability claim, the costs of proceedings aiming at injunctive relief from or the issue of a restraining order against the insured as well as the costs of negative affirmation of rights or inter pleader by counterclaim proceedings instituted by the insured with the insurer’s consent. Furthermore, the insurer shall grant indemnity for the court and lawyers’ fees incurred in criminal proceedings, including the costs of a private or joint plaintiff. Insurance cover also pertains to claims for liability in respect of immaterial loss or damage.
