IF only that [instalacija + upotreba] is the content of this 'Startup manual' than this title is wrong - is it an original EN text or is it already translated from Japanese, Chinese ...?
I did install few UPSs and all I remember ever reading is an 'instillation guide' and a 'user manual'...
