When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

☕ of record bermakna, generiknya, masuk ke dalam suatu catatan (record). Catatan itu namanya berbeda-beda, sesuai dengan konteksnya. Pada saham misalnya. Istilah holder of record berarti pemegang saham yang masuk ke dalam daftar pemegang saham (=register of shareholders).
