Prilikom premeštanja ratnih zarobljenika iz jednog logora u drugi, njihov lični račun mora ići za njima. U slučaju da se ratni zarobljenici premeštaju od jedne Sile koja ih drži drugoj, za njima će ići i iznosi koji im pripadaju, a koji nisu u valuti Sile koja drži ratne zarobljenike; za sve ostale novčane iznose koji budu na aktivi njihovog računa, njima će se izdati potvrda. Zainteresovane strane u sukobu mogu se sporazumeti da jedna drugoj dostavljaju, posredstvom Sile zaštitnice i u određenim vremenskim razmacima, izvode iz računa ratnih zarobljenika.
When prisoners of war are transferred from one camp to another, their personal accounts will follow them. In case of transfer from one Detaining Power to another, the monies which are their property and are not in the currency of the Detaining Power will follow them. They shall be given certificates for any other monies standing to the credit of their accounts.
