There are actually lots of different options here, depending whether or not the focus is on food. Specifically for food you often see "locally-sourced" (I've used this on menu translations), "local x", "farm-to-table", "short food chain", etc. You can also use "local distribution" as a more general term, in addition to "short supply chains" as mentioned above.
