From an echocardiogram report:
Aumentate le dimensioni del atrio sinistro (V/BSA 37 ml/m2, A-L v.n. < 34 ml/mq) normali le dimensioni del ventricolo sinistro.
I guess 'v.n.' means 'valori normali'. I cannot work out 'A-L'. I think it might be really simple but I just can't work it out!
