Portuguese term

ÁREA SUPRA ATUALIZADA.

Portuguese to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) Registro Predial Online / C.R.P. Lagoa-Acores
Integrados na via pública **** m2, por expropriacao. (this is understandable I know that a part of the land was to create a public road - I saw the preliminary contract of sale) But then it is full of capital letters:
"ÁREA SUPRA ATUALIZADA. " (I cannot puzzle why "supra")
Below that .... a big space, then

O(A) Ajudante, em substituição
Maria José de Deus Amaral Soares Ponte

Thank you for your help in advance.

Esse supra, na minha opinião, é uma abreviação de supracitada.

Como alguém que tem dificuldade em entender uma simples e curta explicação como a minha em português está traduzindo dessa língua então? Será que só eu vejo algo errado aí?
Note from asker:
Please, I especially asked to give any explanation in English - see all my prevoius questions.
Yes you see it right. I am helping to my friend and the translation is into Hungarian.
We needed it yesterday quickly and there were no available translators in this pair. I think you shall not attack anyone who asks for an explanation.

agree Cristina Miranda : As explained by Luciano, "supra" is usually an abbreviation of “supracitada”. It is used to draw the reader’s attention to an earlier reference in the text. In this case, it seems to be referring to a specific part of the land that was expropriated.
