Board resolution detail is entered "que causó la inscripción XXX del traslado, practicada en el Registro de Procedencia"
I suspect it means that the company was recorded on a previous register before it changed its name/was acquired, perhaps, and that the registro de procedencia might mean the original register, but I would like to know if anyone can help with an English term.
